I believe a regular yoga practice
is one of the best ways
to calm and settle the mind,
return to ourselves,
and lead with an open heart and clear intention.
Yoga is for everyone,
and I am humbled by the opportunity
to share practice with you.
Public Classes
Mindful Flow
75-min.
“Amazing studio - challenging class with perfect mix of mindfulness and movement."
Vinyasa Flow
60-min.
Audrey’s classes always surprise - each offers different sequences, focused on different areas of the body, but her instruction is always consistent, concise and easy to understand and follow. Breathing and meditation guidance is so good! After her classes I find myself athletically challenged, sweaty, and at the same time refreshed and fully present, inspired to come back for more.
How I teach
I teach in the hatha vinyasa style, or an alignment-focused flow class, that is safe, strong, and purposeful. Classes build heat and link breath to movement, cultivating strength and equanimity. Expect to balance intention with inquiry as we flow through states of effort and ease.
All levels are welcome.
Yoga to me
Is the path to living with integrity
of the body, mind, and spirit.
Each practice we cultivate spaciousness through the breath, steadiness through intelligent movement, and resilience through strength and awareness.
When awareness and action merge, we are fully living a life of yoga.
